Hands-on master builder Nelson P. Ohman personally oversees every project with acute detail, creative craftsmanship, and excellent communication. With deep roots in the Florida home building industry, he started out with a degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida’s School of Architecture. He holds of one of Sarasota County’s oldest general contractor’s licenses, and has built a solid reputation on sweat, pure talent, and longstanding results.

Project Manager Jaclyn Ohman offers a commonsense approach, solid project management skills, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Her expertise in environmentally sensitive green building technologies and principles results in Baron’s high-performance, resource-efficient buildings, better indoor air quality, and enhanced natural lighting.
