Nelson P. Ohman is a hands-on builder, personally overseeing every project. He also has deep roots in the Florida home building industry, holding one of Sarasota County's oldest General Contractor's license. He graduated from the University of Florida School of Architecture with a degree in Building Construction.

As Project Manager, Jaclyn Ohman offers a commonsense approach, solid skills, and a Bachelors of Business Administration. Her knowledge of green building technologies helps clients enhance property values and save energy costs while balancing cost and schedule constraints. Certifications include Florida Green Building Coalition certifying agent, LEED Accredited Professional and National Association of Home Builders Certified Green Professional™.
